Wholesale accounts
Pricing and product access on this portal are restricted to approved business accounts (retailers, distributors, restaurants and other foodservice businesses). Registration is reviewed before an account is activated.
Pricing
Prices shown to a signed-in account reflect that account's agreed wholesale rate where one is on file, otherwise the standard catalog price. Prices include GST where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
Order confirmation & invoicing
Placing an order submits it for confirmation; it is not final until confirmed by our team. A GST invoice is issued once the order is confirmed and billed.
Payment terms
Payment mode is selected at checkout. Accounts with agreed credit terms should contact their account manager for billing-cycle details.
Returns & discrepancies
Damaged, incorrect or short-shipped items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, so we can arrange a replacement or credit.
