How do I get wholesale pricing?

Wholesale pricing is available to registered business accounts. Apply via Wholesale Registration — once approved, contract pricing shows automatically when you're signed in.

Is there a minimum order?

Most products can be ordered in single-unit quantities. For large or custom quantities, use Bulk Orders to request a quote.

How do I get an invoice for an order?

Once your order is confirmed and billed by our team, a GST invoice becomes available from that order's detail page under Account → Orders.

Can I reorder a past purchase?

Yes — every order in Account → Orders has a Reorder button that adds those items back to your cart at current pricing.
